Paragon and Paragon Connect MLS System Update

Paragon Maintenance (January 26–29)

  • A scheduled system update will take place January 26–29 and will affect subscribers who use the Paragon and Paragon Connect Paragon mobile apps, Collaboration Center and related Paragon services.
  • Important note: RCO3® (Matrix) users will not experience any interruption to daily work. Searches, listings, and normal activity in RCO3® will continue as usual

 

How This May Affect Data Sharing

During the maintenance window, there may be a brief delay in listing updates coming from MLSs that use Paragon systems and share data with Realcomp.

  • Listings will continue to display in RCO3®, but new listings and listing updates originating from Paragon MLS users will be delayed during this time.
  • Any delayed updates will automatically sync once processing resumes.

 

Paragon MLS Systems Update Timeline
  • Monday evening, January 26  beginning at 10:00 PM: Incoming listing updates from MLSs that use Paragon will temporarily stop updating.
    Paragon remains available for normal use until Tuesday, January 27 until 9:00 PM.
  • Tuesday evening, January 27 beginning at  9:00 PM: Paragon systems — including Paragon Connect and mobile apps will be temporarily unavailable.
  • Wednesday morning, January 28 at 9:00 AM: Paragon service is expected to be restored and listing updates resume. And by Thursday, January 29 Listing updates shared from Paragon MLSs are expected to be fully processed and up-to-date.
  • By Thursday, January 29: Listing updates shared from Paragon MLSs are expected to be fully processed and up to date.

Systems Affected

This update impacts the following Paragon-related systems:

  • Paragon
  • Paragon Connect
  • Paragon mobile apps
  • Collaboration Center and related Paragon services

RCO3® (Matrix) is not impacted.
