New SentriLock Reciprocity Agreement Announced

Realcomp is pleased to announce a new SentriLock Reciprocity Agreement with the Northeastern Michigan Board of REALTORS® (NEMBR), a member of the Northern Great Lakes REALTORS® (NGLR).

What This Means

  • NEMBR agents will now be able to access SentriLock Electronic Lockboxes (ELBs) on Realcomp listings.
  • Realcomp agents will have reciprocal access to SentriLock ELBs on NEMBR listings.

This agreement enhances cooperation between our markets and provides greater showing flexibility for brokers and agents working across service areas.
