New Optional Form Now Available in SkySlope Forms Library: Michigan Property Tax Disclosure Form

We’re pleased to announce the addition of a new optional form in Realcomp’s SkySlope forms library.

This form is designed to support and streamline conversation between the buying agent and buyer on how property taxes are likely to change after a property is transferred, the existing tax cap is removed, and the taxes are updated based on the property’s new taxable value.

By reviewing and using this form, buyers can acknowledge that they have been informed of this process--helping to ensure transparency and appropriate expectations regarding future taxes prior to closing.
