Reminder: Conditionally Withdrawn Listings

A listing in Conditionally Withdrawn status remains under an active listing agreement; however, it is not being actively marketed at that time.

While the property may not be available for showings or marketing, the listing agreement between the seller and listing broker remains in place.

As a reminder, direct solicitation of sellers in this status is not appropriate. In accordance with the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Realcomp MLS Rules, agents should respect existing listing agreements and client relationships.
