7/19/11: Realcomp Online^® has been made compatible with non-Internet Explorer browsers (Firefox, Safari, & Opera). This means REALTOR^® users who prefer to use these alternative Internet browsers while accessing Realcomp Online^® or MLS-related programs written or maintained by Realcomp should* be able to do so. We are pleased to be able to support these alternative browser options to meet the needs of our REALTOR^® users.

* Not all of Realcomp's integrated vendor partners have incorporated “browser neutrality” into their systems. Thus, Realist Public Records and Rapattoni IMS Billing (My Account) continue to require Internet Explorer for full compatibility.

Realcomp’s Official Browser Compatibility Policy: Realcomp will continue to explicitly code and test for Internet Explorer.  We will also test against FireFox, Safari (Win & Mac), and Opera and attempt to resolve issues with these browsers as they are found during pre-release or through our regular quarterly build cycle so long as the resolution to the issue doesn’t cause a problem with using Realcomp Online^® on Internet Explorer.

Browser Diagnostics Tool: This tool allows us to collect information from you about your PC setup that will assist us in troubleshooting problems you may be having. Details about your browser will be automatically displayed on your screen. You'll then be able to forward this information to Realcomp for further action.
