To verify the payment status of your office and your agents, you may access this information from Realcomp Online^®. Simply login and click on the “Agent” and “My Account” menu items.

Listed below are Realcomp’s Non-Payment Suspension Deadlines and Effects:

• MLS Subscriber payments from (or on behalf of) individual agents must be received by the end of the day on April 17th. If payment is not made by this deadline, Realcomp services will be suspended for THESE INDIVIDUALS.
• MLS Subscriber payments from (or on behalf of) Designated REALTORS^® (DRs) must be received by the end of the day on April 17th. If payment is not made by this deadline, Realcomp services will be suspended for the ENTIRE OFFICE.
• Individual agent fees going unpaid through April 30th will result in Realcomp services being suspended for the ENTIRE OFFICE as of this date.

Realcomp continues to hold the Designated REALTOR^® (DR) of the office responsible for the payment of all MLS-related subscription fees, including those of the individual agents. However, the agent-direct billing service is meant to make MLS billing less burdensome for our Broker Owner/DR participants.

If an agent is no longer an active licensee with your office, please be sure to notify your Board or Association of REALTORS^® if you are planning to send their license back to the State of Michigan.
