Passwords must now comply with the following rules:

• Passwords must be changed every 90 days
• Passwords must consist of at least eight (8) non-blank characters
• Passwords must contain at least one (1) alpha and one (1) numeric
• Passwords may contain special characters including !@#$%^&*()_+-={}[]:;<>?/|\
• Passwords must not contain any of the following items: Agent ID, Office ID, Subscriber’s First or Last Name, or the previous password
• Passwords must not contain the following words: “password”, “Realcomp”, or “Compass”
• Passwords are case sensitive
• Passwords cannot be re-used for 180 days
• A single character cannot be repeated more than 3 times.

During their April meeting, the Realcomp Board of Governors addressed concerns that some MLS Subscribers have shared their Agent IDs and passwords with non-MLS subscribers (i.e. customers and clients). Please help to protect the data by not sharing your Realcomp Online^® ID and password. Thank you for your support in this very important matter.
