Do You Know Your Site Condos?

Site Condos are properties that have been constructed under a master deed and a set of bylaws. When listing these kinds of properties, it’s important that REALTORS® correctly identify them as such in the MLS, since they can come with requirements and restrictions that don’t apply to other types of properties.

The “Site Condo” description can be applied to a listing by using the same code which can be found under the “Construction Features” feature group.

To find Site Condo listings through a property search, add the “Construction Features” group criteria to your search and then select “Site Condo”. If the Construction Features group has not yet been added to your personal search screen, you can add it by selecting the “Additional Fields” option (as shown below).

You can also exclude Site Condos from your search by selecting "Site Condo" under Construction Features and choosing “Not” at the same time.
