“Two for One” MLS Policy Improvements

During the last Realcomp Board of Governors meeting, held on February 24th, Realcomp’s Governors approved two (2) recommendations that originated with Realcomp’s Rules and Policy Committee. Both of the recommendations involve allowing a Residential property to be listed separately and simultaneously in one of two additional categories:

As a Multi-Family listing, as long as the property fits both Residential and Multi-Family profiles.
As a Commercial listing, as long as the property fits both Residential and Commercial profiles and zoning.

These policy modifications were approved to enable MLS Subscribers to market listings more effectively, reaching all potential target audiences. Additionally, these changes are effective immediately.
