Utilizing Realist for “Annual Turnover Rate”

Did you know Realcomp’s Realist product, a product by CoreLogic that provides you with Public Record Data, offers “Annual Turnover Rate” data? The annualized turnover rate indicates the percentage of all homes within the locale that sold based on either MLS or tax records (both are available). Comparing the Annualized Turnover Rate between locations can indicate an area's relative stability or volatility.

To explore this Realist feature further:

1.  Choose Realist Tax from the menu bar in RCO3®.
2.  Perform your desired search.
3.  Choose the View Reports option, which appears below the search results.



4.  Choose the Market Trends tab.



5.  Scroll down the page until you arrive at the following reports:

  • Annual Turnover Rate – Tax
  • Annual Turnover Rate – MLS
