Realcomp’s customers now have the ability to create custom templates when asking agents to submit feedback on their showings. This could be helpful when you have a property with unique features you want feedback on.

You can choose whether or not the feedback is published directly to your seller and when.

Another feature you may be interested in is the ability to send notifications to all of the agents who showed your property in the last six (6) months.

Many customers find this feature helpful when there is a price decrease and they want to send a message to inform agents who have shown the property of the price change. Or, maybe your sellers have just remodeled the kitchen and you want to notify other showing agents about this change. Sending a notification is a great way to do this!

You can easily send a notification by going to Showing Time from RCO3→select Reports→choose Listing Activity Report→choose your listing and Notifications.
