Summary Graph Analysis of results
Total averages of comps with percentage of sold price vs. list price
A summary of the subject property
Ability to Print or Email the CMA Report One Liner to your customer

To run a CMA and view the Pro Report, follow these steps:

1. Run a search & choose comps to be included in your CMA.
2. Select the CMA option below your search results list.
3. Select the PAGES tab in the CMA module.
4. Click to select the (+) for the Comparables option.
5. Click to select the PRO REPORT
6. Fill out remaining options as desired for your CMA
7. Click FINISH when ready.
8. Select the option View CMA to see the report.
