New! RentSpree Apply Links Now Delivered by Text
As a Realcomp subscriber you have access to RentSpree, a convenient tool for managing online rental applications. With the latest update, it’s now even easier to market your Residential Lease listings.
When entering a listing, if you select “Yes” for the RentSpree Online Application field, the RentSpree Apply Link will now be delivered to you in two ways:
Email – so you can share the link on social media, in your marketing, or directly with clients.
NEW! Text Message – giving you fast, on-the-go access to the link right from your phone.
This new text option allows you to share the Apply Link instantly. If you’d prefer not to receive texts, you can simply reply STOP to any RentSpree message.
Realcomp has also added text tips directly beneath the RentSpree field in Add/Edit.
