We have received a lot of positive feedback regarding our additional services with the forms, specifically, the unlimited storage and the faxing of documents into and out of transactions.

MLS System Comparison
Last month, I also introduced a project that we are working on that is an MLS system comparison. We hired a firm by the name of Clareity Consulting to compare the functionality of Realcomp Online^® with other MLS systems in an effort to identify those areas where Realcomp may wish to add additional features.

The results of this report showed that Realcomp places high in terms of the quantity of features that are available. However, there are a number of features that are available in other systems that may have a strong appeal to Realcomp brokers and agents. Some of these features make it easier to manage the system while others make the system easier and less time consuming to use.

At the end of this process, an “enhancement list” was developed. This list will be shared with the Realcomp Board of Governors and the appropriate sub-groups for prioritization and an implementation schedule. We are very excited about the possibilities and will share more details as we develop the plan moving forward.

Data Licensing
There has been a lot of talk recently about MLS data licensing opportunities. During October and November, the Board of Governors will be reviewing each of these options including demonstrations of each application. This will be one of the main topics for the 2011 Business Plan. More details will be shared in the coming months.
