Full Launch Coming May 22 | Docs+ Retirement Approaching
Realcomp’s transition to SkySlope—our new platform for forms and digital signatures—is underway. The platform is now accessible via your Realcomp Dashboard, with a full rollout scheduled for Thursday, May 22, 2025.
What’s Available Now:
SkySlope is live with forms from:
- Realcomp
- MIREALTORS
- Select Shareholder Boards & Associations
Updated May 13:
The SkySlope Forms Library now includes:
- Grosse Pointe Board of REALTORS® (GPBR)
- Detroit Association of REALTORS® (DAR)
- Livingston County Association of REALTORS® (LCAR)
- Lapeer and Upper Thumb Association of REALTORS® (LUTAR)
- North Oakland Board of REALTORS® (NOCBOR)
These organizations now appear in the folder list during the initial SkySlope registration process. More GPBR forms and new DABOR forms are also on the way.

While a final shutdown date for Docs+ has not yet been announced, it is expected in the near future.
Action Needed:
If you’ve been using Docs+, we recommend you:
- Download and save your transactions now
- Store them on your computer, USB, external hard drive, or cloud drive
