How to Prepare for Realcomp's Transition to Our New Forms and E-Signatures Platform!

As Realcomp prepares to transition from Remine Docs+ to SkySlope for forms and e-signatures, we would like to emphasize the importance of Brokers and Agents initiating the following actions:

1. Downloading your Docs+ transactions 

Please download and ensure your documents are saved to your computer or preferred storage device (such as an external drive, thumb drive, online storage account, etc.) to maintain future access. See our tip sheet for steps on doing this.

2. Downloading your contacts from Remine (if you don't have them stored elsewhere). See our tip sheet for steps on doing this.

3. Brokers Only: Submitting your custom brokerage forms to Realcomp for integration into SkySlope.

Should you wish to incorporate your custom office forms into SkySlope as smart forms—those with auto-fillable fields—please ensure they are thoroughly reviewed and updated for processing. Once ready, kindly submit them to Realcomp at forms@realcomp.com. Note: We expect a 2-3-week processing time on these orders. Additionally, we are pleased to inform you that during our initial launch phase of SkySlope, Brokers will not incur any charges for the processing of these forms.
