Our Public Record Data (PRD) Updates Continue to Progress! (8/04/25)
Recently we notified you of our plans to move to a new provider of raw public record data for the purpose of updating the Realcomp-maintained public record database in RCO3®. Since that time, we’ve made great progress and have processed data from the following counties, which is now available to you from the PRD menu option:

To access this updated PRD resource, simply login to the RCO3® MLS system and select “PRD” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Then choose “PRD County Search”.
To see when Realcomp last updated a county with various kinds of data (i.e., taxes, property descriptive data, or deeds), choose the “Realcomp PRD Status Report” option. Here you will see a list of Michigan counties and the updates that were last applied to each.
We are pleased to share that our new data source enables us to access raw data from areas that have not been available to us for some time. In addition, we are now acquiring new data sets that were unattainable to us previously through our original provider. We will continue to provide progress reports as further developments occur.
