Based on potential costs and the slim chances of receiving a favorable ruling, at their meeting on Friday, the Board of Governors agreed not to proceed with an appeal of this decision to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

We will continue our efforts to find other cost savings that may ultimately lessen the expense of the settlement which is currently being passed on to Realcomp customers.
