Ever wonder when the "corporate/relocation" ownership feature on the listing profile sheets should be used? This should only be selected when a listing is owned by a corporation (i.e. Ford Motor Company -- NOT a bank, NOT a Mortgage Company, NOT Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, NOT the Government, etc.) -or- a relocation company.

When listing a property that is owned by a corporation or a relocation company, be sure to include the "corporate/relocation" ownership description when entering your listing.

To search for "corporate/relocation" properties specifically, just select that choice which appears under the "ownership" feature group (below).

If you don't specifically select any ownership feature, listings matching any of the available descriptions will appear in your search results.
