RCO3® offers a UAD 3.6 custom export that helps you transfer comparable property data into a la mode or other compatible appraisal software. Download a CSV file to reduce manual data entry.
The export includes MLS fields needed to support UAD 3.6 compliance in a downloadable CSV file that you can import into a la mode or other compatible appraisal software.
How to export your comparable properties
- Select the properties you want to export from your RCO3 search results.
- Choose Export from the action bar at the bottom of the page.
- In the Export File Format drop-down, select UAD 3.6.
- Click the Export button.
- Open your appraisal software and import the downloaded CSV file.
Want to customize the export?
You can create your own version of the UAD 3.6 export. From the My RCO menu, select Summary, then Settings, then Custom Exports, and follow the prompts.
