Realcomp MLS Updates - Coronavirus Precautions

Realcomp MLS Updates for Week of March 16, 2020 – Coronavirus Precautions

During this unprecedented season, Realcomp remains committed to serving our REALTOR® subscribers in partnership with our Shareholder Boards and Associations of REALTORS®. As such, Realcomp has made the decision to close its office in Farmington Hills for at least the next two weeks effective today at 3:00 p.m. What does this mean for subscribers?

We have made the necessary preparations for Realcomp staff to work remotely during this time. They will be able to continue to work as seamlessly as possible while making health and wellness a priority for all involved.

Customer Care Support calls will continue to be answered by our team as usual. Questions for our Administrative/Billing staff will continue to be answered as well. Training classes will continue to be available but by webinar format only. For all intents and purposes, Realcomp will continue to conduct business as usual, but with our office being closed.

Realcomp will continue to monitor all COVID-19 developments before finalizing plans to reopen the office on Monday, March 30, 2020.

For Realcomp Subscribers in need of Electronic Lockboxes during the interim, we continue to ask that you take advantage of unused inventory that may be available through your associates or company. Please use this form to make Electronic Lockbox transfer requests.

Additionally, Realcomp will be canceling our Tools of the Trade REALTOR® Expo (originally scheduled for 4-16-2020) with the idea of rescheduling for a future date if possible.

If you have any questions about any of this, please let us know by emailing support@realcomp.com.
