Realcomp’s Realist program, one of many MLS system platforms we provide to MLS Subscribers for searching MLS and Public Record Data information, is scheduled to receive an upgrade by CoreLogic on June 22 at 9:00 a.m. (No offline time is required for this update). Once the upgrade is installed, one improvement you may notice is that it no longer requires the end-user to download or have Adobe Flash installed. Another is the new design responsive nature. You should be able to use it in conjunction with any type of device (i.e. computer, tablet, and smart phone) without needing an additional app.

Additional Note: The current Realist app is scheduled to be retired at the end of this month. It was built on outdated technology and can no longer stay in step with system enhancements being implemented by MLSs. Realcomp and Core Logic will discontinue supporting the Reallist app at the end of this month. With the responsive design of the new Realist program, along with Homesnap Pro and Remine Prop as alternative options, you should find your choices plentiful for filling the void.
