Reporting Violations

All MLS Subscribers of Realcomp are required to comply with Realcomp's MLS Rules, Regulations, and Policies as a condition of accessing and/or using the MLS.

All Realcomp MLS Subscribers are also REALTORS® who have taken an oath to abide by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Violation of these professional standards may be reported to Realcomp or your Shareholder Board or Association in order for corrective measures (i.e. warnings, sanctions, or other disciplinary actions) to be taken against those in violation.

To report an alleged MLS violation: Realcomp's Customer Care team can assist you in filing MLS-related violations, including those that concern data inaccuracies and MLS policy infractions. Please contact our Customer Care team at (866) 553-3430 to report the details of the situation.

To report an alleged Ethics violation: Please reference the professional standards and arbitration materials provided by your primary Board or Association of REALTORS®.
