WHAT if i already have a fax number? can i use my current number?

Users can move their current fax number to our fax service for a one-time fee of $49.

how does it work and how does it work with doc box and transaction desk?

All incoming faxes are converted to PDFS.

All incoming faxes without a transaction faxback coversheet will be sent to the mail inbox for your email account on record.

All incoming faxes using a Doc Box or Transaction Desk transaction coversheet will be routed to the appropriate transaction file as they are today.

Any fax without a faxback coversheet (the one with the barcode) will be sent to the user's Doc Box inbox in addition to their regular email inbox. It will be available via Dox Box and Doc Box to go.

Users will be able to pick their fax number from an available list for the area code (local numbers) or toll free prefix (e.g. - 866, 877).

Note: Toll Free numbers can only receive faxes from within the Continental US and Canada. A separate non-toll free number will be provided for international inbound fax numbers. Faxes cannot be sent internationally from our service.
