Auto-populate the forms you are using for each listing or sale from data already stored in Realcomp -- saving you time. With a new listing, submit the new listing to Realcomp by simply clicking the "Submit to Realcomp" button -- no additional data entry required.
• Upload Disclosures to Your Listings: Using the Instanet "Docbox" interface, upload disclosures and other types of documents (i.e. blue prints, etc.) to your listing on Realcomp Online^®.
