Instanet Online Forms
What you "Need to Know" about Instanet Forms: Instanet Forms provides you with easy-to-use, up-to-date online forms with limited document management functionality (for attaching documents to your listings on Realcomp Online®), plus the ability to store basic transaction data for forms population. Instanet Forms is also integrated with Realcomp Online®, to allow for auto-populating your forms and transactions -- saving you time and money! If you are authorized by your Broker to submit your own listings, any Realcomp profile form completed in Instanet Forms can be submitted to Realcomp Online® to immediately generate an MLS number (there is no longer a need for you to enter the listing again in Listing Load).

For Brand New Users of Instanet Forms: Upon using TransactionDeskTM for the first time, the program will run a Preflight System Check. This will help determine if your computer meets all the requirements for TransactionDeskTM. The Instanet Forms manual will help you through this particular system check routine, as well as the rest of the system.
Once you are logged into TransactionDeskTM, to access the forms directly, click on "Work with Individual Forms".
If you never have used Instanet Forms and would like to, we recommend that you get started by attending a Realcomp Training Class on the subject. Register online now.

Realcomp Subscribers have access to the following online e-forms through Instanet Forms in TransactionDeskTM:
- All Realcomp Listing Profile and Status Change Forms.
- All Forms Offered by the Michigan Association of REALTORS® including: Addendums, Agreements, Contracts, Disclosures, Memorandums, Statements, & more!
- Broker & Company Forms (if your Designated REALTOR® has authorized Realcomp to make your company's forms available through the password-protected MLS system). To inquire about having your company forms converted for availability from the MLS system, please call Realcomp's Marketing Department at 866.553.3003.
- REALTOR® Board & Association forms (if your Board or Association of REALTORS® has authorized Realcomp to make these forms available through the password-protected MLS system).
