Three (3) easy steps to submitting your prior listings to Realcomp II Ltd. for inclusion in Realcomp Online^®'s MLS database. These forms may be used when accompanied by your previous MLS computer system full listing printout.

Step 1. Obtain a print out of your listing.

Step 2. Complete the Listing Adaption Form that corresponds with the appropriate listing type and previous MLS computer system (listed below).

Step 3. Fax both documents to 248.699.0331. Realcomp's Data Entry Team will then enter the listing for you!

All listings obtained by the subscribing agent/office should be submitted to Realcomp II Ltd on approved Realcomp II Ltd listing profile forms. These forms can be obtained from Realcomp II Ltd or any Realcomp II Ltd Shareholder Board or Association and copied. You may also access the newest forms on line at no charge, go to Realcomp Online^® and under the Agent menu select Online Forms.
