Monroe County Association of REALTORS® Data Sharing Information and Help Documents

In our continued efforts of delivering additional MLS data to Realcomp Subscribers without requiring you to pay duplicate MLS fees, the Monroe County Association of REALTORS^®and Realcomp have agreed to provide guest passwords into our respective MLS systems.

Guest Name and Password Access

To request a guest password into their system, Realcomp Subscribers need to complete a Data Sharing Access Form and forward it to Realcomp. Once Realcomp has verified that you are an MLS Subscriber in good standing, Realcomp will forward the approved request to the Monroe County Association of REALTORS^®. No additional verification from your board is necessary. Within 48 hours, you will receive by e-mail all of the necessary information to permit your access into the Monroe County Association of REALTORS^® MLS Database.

Please Note: While this type of sharing arrangement does not include publishing your listings in the Monroe County Association of REALTORS^®, it does allow your listings to be viewed by Monroe members who access Realcomp Online^®.

If you choose to submit your listings to the Monroe County Association of REALTORS^® for inclusion in their database, their Listing Submission Only fee for Realcomp II Ltd. Subscribers is $15.00 per listing for the life of the listing.

Realcomp cooperates in the same way by offering its Listing Submission Only service at the same price to Members of the Monroe County Association of REALTORS^®.

Realcomp Subscribers who are interested in submitting their listings to the Monroe County Association of REALTORS^® MLS database should complete one (or more) of the Monroe MLS Profile Forms below, and mail the form(s) along with a photo and check to:
