Realcomp and the Flint Area Association of REALTORS^® exchange MLS data on a daily weekday basis. In sharing data with other MLSs around the state, Realcomp's goal is to provide more MLS information to our members without requiring Subscribers to pay more in the way of additional MLS fees!

As such, all MLS listing property types (RS,CO,CM,MF,VL) from the members of the Flint Area Association of REALTORS® are included in the Realcomp MLS database on Realcomp Online^®_. One search in Realcomp Online^® will return listings from both MLS's. For ease of identification, Flint mls numbers range between 5001000001 and 5012999999 in the Realcomp Online^® system.There is no longer a need for MLS Subscribers to access two separate systems.
