Realcomp and the Ann Arbor Area Board of REALTORS® exchange MLS data on a daily basis. In sharing data with other MLSs around the state, Realcomp's goal is to provide more MLS information to our subscribers without requiring them to pay more in the way of additional MLS fees!
As such, all MLS listing property types (RS,CO,CM,MF,VL) from the members of the Ann Arbor Board are included in the Realcomp MLS database on Realcomp Online®. One search in Realcomp Online® will return listings from both MLSs. For ease of identification, Ann Arbor MLS numbers start with 540000000 in the Realcomp Online® system.
Guest Name and Password Access
In addition to exchanging MLS data files, the Ann Arbor Area Association of REALTORS® and Realcomp have agreed to provide guest passwords into our respective MLS systems. Although, our data exchange agreement eliminates the need for MLS subscribers to access the Ann Arbor MLS system, some customers have requested this access and so it is provided.
Ann Arbor will accept only a data sharing application from the Broker of a Realcomp office. Participating Brokers will be issued one login name and password for use by all agents within that office. To request a guest access password, the Broker should complete a Data Sharing Access Form and forward it to Realcomp. Once Realcomp has verified that the Broker is an MLS subscriber in good standing, Realcomp will forward the approved request to the Ann Arbor Area Association of REALTORS®. No additional verification from your board is necessary. Within 48 hours, the Broker should receive by e-mail all of the necessary information to permit their office access into the Ann Arbor Area Association of REALTORS® MLS Database.
If you choose to submit your listings to the Ann Arbor Area Association of REALTORS® for inclusion in their database, their Listing Submission Only fee for Realcomp II Ltd. Subscribers is $15.00 per listing for the life of the listing.
