Realcomp's Public Record Data (PRD) is the single source for all 68 counties in Michigan's Lower Peninsula! The top 10 benefits are:
  1. 68 PRD counties of tax, deed, or land information.
    Realcomp's PRD is accurate, standardized, and immediately available for all 68 counties in Michigan's Lower Peninsula!
  2. Integration.
    Access Realcomp's MLS Data, Photos, Maps, MLS Statistics, and Community Demographic Data with one (1) click via a hyperlink.
  3. Two (2) Public Record Data interfaces available.
    One (1) login to access PRD created by Realcomp and Realist® created by Core Logic.
  4. Sheriff's Deeds.
    Locate properties with Sheriff's Deeds.
  5. Auto-Population features (with listing load, transactions, and online forms).
    Save time and effort by automatically populating a new listing, or all other forms related to the transaction with data that resides in Realcomp's PRD database.

    Realcomp displays up to five (5) years tax history for every property; including summer and winter taxes (as they become available from the municipalities).
  7. Standardized street names and subdivision lists.
    Street names entered and displayed in standard uniform way result in quick and accurate searches.  Standardized subdivision names result in these too.
  8. PRD update status reports.
    Know when Realcomp last updated each county with the following types of data: land and tax, property descriptive, and deed updates, by viewing this online status report.
  9. Data Export/Mailing Label function.
    Use the Realcomp database to market your services to home owners throughout Michigan's lower peninsula using the property address or taxpayer address field. Export the data to a CSV file or an Avery 5160 format.
  10. Report Incorrect Data feature to improve accuracy.
    Users can report PRD discrepancies through Realcomp Online®. We will investigate them and respond within 24 hours (during business days), and make the proper modifications for the information to display accurately.

Realcomp's PRD is collected directly from municipalities by Core Logic. Our public record database is accurate, standardized, and immediately available.
