I also want to give you an update on some exciting improvements we are working to bring you in the coming months. These include:

Merging MLS and Public Record Data
We are working with CoreLogic Information Solutions (formerly known as First American) to integrate certain MLS data with the Public Record Data (PRD) on some of the reports available in Realist. Where we combine PRD and MLS data we will be sure to identify the applicable sources. One of the next steps will be to provide a CMA that includes the combined data. We will make this available to you through an upgrade to the Realist application. If you are not familiar with Realist, it is available to all MLS subscribers via the PRD tab of Realcomp Online^®.

Instanet Forms
We have had many requests to provide additional storage for disclosure forms and other information that you would like to upload and attach to your listings on Realcomp Online^®. I have good news on this subject! Soon the amount of storage you have available will be unlimited and there will not be any additional charge for this enhancement. You will be able to upload as many forms as you like for each of your listings making them available to all Realcomp subscribers when they click the “D” or “View Documents” link. Additionally, you will know who has viewed the attachments through a notification email. This functionality has been available for some time. However, many of you have used all of your available storage. Soon these limits will be removed. There are some other great changes coming from Instanet that I will be able to report on in the next few months. Stay tuned for more information on this—I am sure you are going to like what you see!

MLS System Comparison
During Realcomp’s 2010 Strategic Planning session, discussion occurred regarding how the functionality of Realcomp Online^® measures up against other MLS systems around the country. To help us find out, we engaged Clareity Consulting (a well-known firm) for their expertise in this particular area. As such, we are in the final stages of this project and the Board of Governors will be reviewing the results. This important information will help us to determine what changes or enhancements we should consider for moving forward. We will share the results of this report with you just as soon as it is available.
