New Photo Library Now Available:

• A new Photo Library is now available to Realcomp Online^® users and allows you to select photos from this online resource and post them to your listings. You can now access this library through the Listing Load and Listing Manager modules. The Photo Library functionality will allow you to select an exterior photo and post it to your new listings. It will also allow you to transfer interior photos from your previous listings to your new listings, saving you time and effort from having to re-upload interior photos.
Prior to saving your new listing in the Listing Load module, you will be able to check a box to select a photo or upload a photo that you have taken yourself.

Other Enhancements Now Available:

• A Brokerage-Wide Management feature has been added to the Office Information/Office Preferences pages. This now enables the Broker and/or Office Manager of the office/company to view all agents within the company and their listings (via drop-down function), without having to login to the system under a separate user name and password. It also allows the Broker and/or Office Manager to apply “preference” settings for Internet advertising (i.e. MoveInMichigan.com, REALTOR.COM, and Internet Data Exchange [IDX]) and phone display information across the board, for all licensees within an office, on an office-by-office basis.
• A new Map Coordinate map layer has been added to the Layers tab in the Map Search program. By clicking the new map layer option, you are able to see the Realcomp map coordinates (i.e. M-8) superimposed on the map, enabling you to view the correct map coordinates for the property and surrounding areas.
