On behalf of the Realcomp Board of Governors, I am pleased to announce that Realcomp and WDIV have entered into a partnership that unites the two (2) entities to provide real estate listing information and tools to consumers. What exactly does this mean for Realcomp Subscribers?

It means that as the exclusive provider of real estate information to www.ClickOnDetroit.com, your property listings, scheduled open houses, and office & agent information are now included on the number one local website in Southeast Michigan. Any consumer that chooses the “Real Estate” page from ClickOnDetroit.com will actually access the information that’s being displayed on Realcomp’s public search site; www.MoveInMichigan.com.

According to WDIV, the ClickOnDetroit.com website receives over 3,000,000 total visitors and more than 1,200,000 unique visitors per month. In addition, WDIV will be running 10-second “Web Driver” announcements on the television station to direct traffic to the real estate page on ClickonDetroit.com which accesses MoveInMichigan.com.

It also means that it is even more important for the office and agent information stored in Realcomp Online^® to be kept up-to-date. All Realcomp Subscribers are encouraged to review your e-mail address and website information which appears under “My Information” on Realcomp Online^® to verify the accuracy of the information. This is the data consumers will see when inquiring about listings, agents and offices.

It is also important to point out that none of your information is being distributed as part of this arrangement. ClickOnDetroit.com is simply framing functions of MoveInMichigan.com, another method of drawing consumers to your listings and other information.

Another big announcement that was recently made is the decision by the Board to waive September User Fees for all Realcomp Subscribers. Realcomp has recognized tremendous growth this year and the Board wanted to make sure that all of you benefited from this increase in subscribers, as well as thank you for your continued support of Realcomp.
