I would like to share with you some important facts regarding Realcomp’s Customer Care Team. When you call Customer Care with a question, suggestion or concern, you have the benefit of working with a Team that collectively offers 63.5 years of expertise and experience. Our Customer Care Representatives have been with Realcomp for an average of five (5) years each, including the Customer Care Manager, Julie Fisher, who has been with us for eight (8) years!! This is truly a benefit to all Realcomp Subscribers. We also have “subject matter experts” who are trained to handle specific products and services such as IDX, LandShark, data entry and more!
Each Customer Care Representative is required to complete a five (5) week comprehensive training schedule that includes participation in all of the Realcomp classes that our REALTOR® customers attend. We also make sure that each Representative receives on-going training for new products and/or services and even occasional refresher courses.
The number of calls and emails received by Customer Care varies from month to month. In July, for example, Realcomp’s Customer Care Team responded to 266 email support questions and 5,618 phone calls.
Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Realcomp’s Customer Care can be reached directly through a toll free support number at (866)-553-3430.
Customer Support is also available through email during regular support hours.
