Realcomp Waives Agent Fees for Month of November: To show our appreciation of our loyal customers, we are again waiving agent fees this year and doing so for the month of November. This decision came after a purchase budgeted for the end of 2005 was moved into the 2006 budget year giving us an unplanned surplus. Upon realizing this surplus, we immediately thought of our customers and the Board of Governors unanimously voted to waive the fees for November!

Thank you for your loyalty, we truly appreciate you and hope this small gesture helps to express our sincere gratitude.

Realcomp Rolls Out Latest Version of Realcomp Online^®:
In our efforts to continuously improve the functionality and performance of the web-based MLS system, we are pleased to report the successful roll out of our newest version (2.5.9) of Realcomp Online^®.
 
This update contains many fixes and enhancements including:

• Adding a pick list search for
   school district.
• Fixing the ability to sort on
   many reports.
• Making the wide format
   CMA sortable.
• Adding e-mail and
   MoveInMichigan.com
   statistics to the Listing
   Manager module.
• Printing your marketing
   header on all pages when
   printing multiple pages.
