Over the past two (2) months, I have shared information regarding the challenges and strategic guidelines that the Realcomp Board of Governors discussed in establishing the Business Plan for 2006. At the May meeting, the Board reviewed and approved the 2006 Business Plan that was developed by the Realcomp Management Team. Below are some of the highlights of this plan.

Public Record Data

• Integrate Realist^® (as of May 23, 2006 Realist^® was integrated with Realcomp Online^® and available to all subscribers).

Data Sharing

• Develop strategy to create additional data sharing partnerships.

Realcomp Online^®

• Continue quarterly updates implementing and installing fixes.
• Replace CMA module.
• Integrate a hand-held Wireless Access option.
• Pursue addition of Community   and School information.

Training

• Provide training for the following:
  a. Realist^® PRD system,
  b. Wireless Access Training,
  c. New CMA program.
• Continue to offer offsite training.
•  Continue office visits.
• Develop new classes and technical training.

Shareholder Expansion

• Continue to provide monthly updates to all Shareholder Associations.
• Hold open discussions with data sharing partners regarding becoming Shareholders of Realcomp.
• Meet with surrounding Associations and MLSs with the goal of bringing them in as owners.

Data Security

• Develop a plan for further securing the MLS data.
• Participate with national groups to stay current with available technology for the purpose of providing data security.

New Products and Services

• Launch Realist^® (completed on May 23, 2006).
• Implement Wireless MLS.
  a. Explore options for offering online and live access.
• Implement new CMA software.
  a. Review available alternatives to current CMA.
  b. Choose vendor with the best product for Realcomp subscribers.
  c. Specify neccessary customizations to CMA software involving Realcomp REALTORS®.
  d. Roll out CMA product to Subscribers.
