Just a few months ago, Realcomp permanently retired the Compass System (also known as PC Access). In doing this, we faced a few difficulties which are not uncommon to system conversions. However, since that time we have made much progress. The following is an updated report on the positive developments that have taken place.

Training: In the first five (5) months of this year, Realcomp has provided Realcomp Online^® training to over 2,700 customers! Some of these agents were new to real estate. Others were transitioning from Compass to Realcomp Online^® and others wanted a refresher course for using the web-based system. All of these reasons for their passwords every 90 days. Already, we have received customer feedback on this important modification. As you may know, Realcomp’s Board of Governors is focused on improving our data and system security. The new password change requirement is a measure that is being taken in conjunction with the Board’s initiatives.

As always, the Realcomp Staff is ready, willing and able to support our customers through this transition. Please do not hesitate to call us if you experience any difficulties or if you have any questions.

Future Releases: We are now on schedule for quarterly system updates to be implemented regularly on Realcomp Online^®. We will continue to communicate in advance the scheduled improvements for each quarter, expected target dates, and confirmation of the system updates being installed.
