I want to take this opportunity on behalf of the Realcomp Staff and Board of Governors to thank you for your continued support of Realcomp. We know that you have options available to you and we continue to work hard to make sure that we are delivering the services that you want and need to remain successful. This year’s real estate market has proven to be somewhat more demanding than in recent years and we are therefore even more appreciative that you have chosen to become and/or remain a customer of Realcomp.

I also realize that many of the improvements made by Realcomp throughout the year may have presented additional challenges for some of our customers. With the release of our new Listing Load application in January and the subsequent shutdown of the Compass system came some obstacles that you may have had to overcome. While these changes may have been difficult, they were also necessary in order for Realcomp to continue improving.

Security of your listing database remains high on the list of priorities for the Board of Governors. Enhancements were made to the MLS system in order to improve the security of the database. Our Customer Care Team will continue to work with Realcomp Subscribers to make this process as straightforward as possible.

So what’s next? We have already begun working on the Business Plan for 2006. We have some new products and services that we are investigating, as well as more improvements to Realcomp Online^®, as requested by many of you! We are looking forward to a successful year in 2006 and again thank you for your continued patronage!
