During their August Board Meeting, Realcomp’s Board of Governor’s approved Realcomp proceeding with the integration of ShowingAssist^TM, an online based showing and scheduling tool. ShowingAssist^TM will enable MLS Subscribers to schedule their showings quickly and easily while online. The program, which provides a basic tracking system of showings for Brokers/Designated REALTORS^®, will enable agents to also create an online availability schedule for property showings. Listing agents will then have the ability to schedule a showing immediately.

ShowingAssist^TM is a product developed by ShowingTime^TM, an industry leading showing management provider. Realcomp is pleased to provide the ShowingAssist™ functionality integrated with Realcomp Online^® and implemented for Realcomp Subscribers at no additional cost. ShowingAssist^TM allows both showing and listing agents to communicate quicker by providing anytime anywhere interactive property calendars to request showings through the MLS. Other benefits of the program include:

•  Generates more showings

ShowingTime^TM has secured the Gold Sponsorship at the 6th Annual Tools of the Trade Exposition to be held on Thursday, October 19, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. at the New Detroit Science Center. ShowingTime^TM will be presenting ShowingAssist^TM at 1:00 p.m. in the main presentation area (level 4), demonstrating the functionality of the software, as well as a more robust version of the program called ShowingDesk^TM.
