We are pleased to announce that the Down River Association of REALTORS’® Board of Directors has approved beginning negotiations with Realcomp II Ltd. to become a Realcomp Shareholder/Owner.

Such an agreement would allow Down River REALTORS® complete access to Realcomp’s MLS and public record databases, products, and services. Additionally, the Down River Association’s data would be imported into the Realcomp database for a sole, unified bank of comprehensive listings.

The Down River Association and Realcomp have been data sharing partners since 2002. Since that time, proposals for a closer partnership have been considered. The decision by the Down River Association comes on the heels of more serious talks that have taken place between the two (2) groups in recent months.
