We have more great news to share with you! On the heels of announcing our plans to deliver showing software to all Realcomp Subscribing offices, we are now pleased to share that Realcomp and MiRealSource have agreed to exchange MLS data.

As communicated to you earlier this month via the RealSolutions April newsletter, the Realcomp Board of Governors reaffirmed their willingness to exchange MLS data with MiRealSource at their March 28, 2008 meeting. Thus, another offer letter regarding Realcomp’s willingness was extended to the MiRealSource Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer and acceptance has been received.

With the recent approval of Realcomp’s 2008 Business Plan and our resolute goals for further improving efficiencies, reducing costs, and keeping brokerages and agents vital to consumers, Realcomp is positioned to save Realcomp REALTOR^® members more than ever in time, money, and material resources, while delivering unmatched real property data services!
