OFFICES JOINING REALCOMP

Access and print Realcomp’s “Statement of Services” document.

The first step in joining Realcomp is to contact any one of our seven (7) Shareholder Boards/Associations (listed below). To subscribe to Realcomp II Ltd., real estate offices must gain access through one of our Shareholder Boards/Associations.

The Board/Association will provide you with an application to participate. Once they receive the completed application, the Board/Association will forward this information to Realcomp. Within 24-hours of receiving the information, your office should be able to access the MLS system.

Your office will be billed $75.00 per quarter, plus any fees incurred for additional products or services ordered for the office. Your agents will be billed $99 per quarter.

For example: If your office has only one licensee in the office, the total due each quarter will be $174.00.  If you add another licensee, the total will then be $273.00 per quarter, and so on.  Every person holding an active license in your office must participate through the Board/Association.

INDIVIDUAL AGENTS JOINING REALCOMP

• To participate in Realcomp, each licensee must be a REALTOR® (a member in good standing of a Board/Association of REALTORS® in Michigan).
• If your office is currently a member of one of Realcomp’s Shareholder Boards/Associations and you have joined that Board/Association, they will automatically send your information to Realcomp.
• You will be given access to the MLS system within 24-hours of Realcomp receiving your information from the Board/Association.
• Call 866-553-3430 to sign up for training and receive your system password.
• If you are an appraiser who has joined a Board/Association as a REALTOR®, they will automatically send your information to Realcomp.
