Realcomp is owned by nine (9) Shareholder Boards/Associations of REALTORS^®. In order for a broker (and his or her agents) to join Realcomp, the office must subscribe through one of our Shareholder Boards/Associations (listed below). If your office already holds REALTOR^® membership with a non-shareholder Board or Association, the broker may apply for 'MLS gateway' access, but through a Realcomp shareholder. Each one of our Shareholders provides unique offerings. We recommend that you contact each organization to compare services and determine which one is best suited to meet your needs.

Fees

Office Fee: $25.00 per month, billed quarterly

Agent Fee: $39.00 per month, billed quarterly

Each agent with an active license in your office must participate with Realcomp and a board/association.
