Realcomp is owned by nine (9) Shareholder Boards/Associations (see below). Offices that already have primary membership through a non-Realcomp Shareholder Board/Association need only apply for MLS gateway affiliation with one of our Shareholders to gain access to Realcomp. However, each provides unique offerings and has different fees. Based on this, we recommend that you contact each one to determine which is best suited to serve your needs.

Fees

Office Fee: $25.00 per month, billed quarterly

Agent Fee*: $39.00 per month, billed quarterly

^{* Effective January 2010, Realcomp's Agent Fee was increased to $39.00 per month.}

Each agent with an active license in your office must participate with Realcomp and a board/association.
