Unlicensed office assistants are prohibited from e-mailing listing information from the MLS system. As such, unlicensed office assistants no longer:

• Have access to the Prospect module.
• Have access to save a search as a Prospect.
• Can e-mail search results from the system.
   

If an unlicensed office assistant currently helps you with the functions noted above, please work with this person to setup these prospects under your system login. If there are multiple prospects that need to be converted, simply ask your office assistant to send an e-mail to our Customer Care Support Department to have all of "their" prospects transferred to you.
