Each month, Realcomp performs system maintenance on the systems that are vital to the infrastructure of the MLS. These maintenance routines are normally performed during the evening hours (usually beginning at 10:00 p.m.) of the first Tuesday of the month and usually run through the early morning hours (i.e. 5:00 a.m.) of the next day.

These processes can affect the availability of the following systems and your ability to access them:

• Realcomp Online^®
• Including the generation of Prospect Message E-mails
• Realcomp Mobile^®
• Realcomp.com
• MoveInMichigan.com

• Internet Data Exchange (IDX)

• Telephone system
• Fax systems and more
