How to Create Mailing Labels or Lists from Public Record Data (PRD)
Did you know that you can create your own mailing labels or lists from Realcomp Online’s® address label function?
Simply log into Realcomp Online® and select “Public Records”. Once you have selected a county and entered the search criteria, click on “Search” and select the “Address Labels” button. Select a recipient name and choose Avery 5160 labels or Export CSV.
When choosing the Avery 5160 mailing label option, adjust your margin settings for proper alignment. From the Internet Explorer window choose “File” and select “Page Setup”. Change the left, right, top and bottom margins to .25”. Insert the Avery 5160 labels and print!
Mailing label information can be exported from Realcomp Online® by selecting the “Export CSV” option as mentioned above. Click the “Export CSV” button to save the addresses to an Excel spreadsheet. You can also save the data to your PC’s hard drive, diskette or CD-ROM. This file can be provided to an outside mail house or used in conjunction with software programs like MyMail List.
