If you are using the Internet Explorer browser, follow these steps for deleting cookies:

• From Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu and click "Internet Options," then click the Delete button.  
• This should bring up either a list of buttons, or check boxes.  
• If it brings up buttons, click the buttons "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies."  
• If you have check boxes, check only the boxes for "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies," then click Delete. It is very important that you also remove the check from the "Preserve Favorite Website Data" box if you do have check boxes in this window.  Once this has finished try logging back into Realcomp Online.
