To streamline access to important documents for the BENEFIT OF ALL, Realcomp's policy requiring documents be uploaded to listings in Realcomp Online^® went into affect on April 1st. These documents need to be uploaded within seven (7) days of submitting them to the MLS (unless your seller requests otherwise in writing).
