What's the Easiest Way to Notify Showing Agents of My Price Reduction?

 

If you're using the ShowingDeskTM program, which Realcomp provides as a benefit to all MLS subscribing offices, you have the ability to send an e-mail to all agents who have shown your listing in the past to notify them of listing-related news (i.e. price changes, etc.). Here's how:

  • Log into RCO3®
  • Find the Realcomp Links on your RCO3® homepage
  • Click on ShowingTime Agent Configuration
  • Click on Listings from the menu
  • Click on View/Change a Listing
  • Select the listing
  • Click on Send Notification
