Six (6) Helpful Tips from Realcomp's Customer Care Team

Did You Know ... Realcomp's Customer Care Team meets weekly on Tuesday mornings (from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.) to share support-related information with one another that helps us to better support Realcomp MLS Subscribers? Often times, newsletter topics come out of these meetings based on the questions you are asking. These six (6) topics are top of mind this week...

Shay
  • MLS Subscribers DO have the ability to save multiple e-mail addresses (up to five) for a single contact in RCO3 - just enter the e-mail addresses into the e-mail address field separated with a comma.

April
  • MLS Subscribers DO have the ability to save multiple auto-emails to a particular contact (but not the other way around).

  • The "My Current Location" option in the "Jump to Address" feature of Map searches is more accurate when used with a GPS-enabled mobile device. When used through a desktop PC or other device, the address referenced may be that of your ISP.
 Paulette
  • HUD and Auction listings should NOT be designated as "Full Service". If as the Listing Agent you are not presenting offers for these listings, you should update them to reflect the actual services you are offering.
 Pierre
  • MLS Subscribers CAN open multiple RCO3-related windows while logged into the MLS system through a single browser. However, it does not allow you to do this through different browsers all at the same time.
 Tora
  • RCO3 system reminders pertaining to your listings (those that are about to expire, those that have remained pending. etc.) are e-mailed to you now. RCO3 does not have the same type of "Notifications" window on the home page that Realcomp Online did. So, it's even more important that you verify that we have the correct e-mail address for you in RCO3! That being said, the "My Listings" widget on the home page does display these listing categories in RED when you have listings that need attention.
