Before Re-Listing an Expired, First Check the Current Status

Before you move forward to re-list a property that has expired or was withdrawn, we recommend that you verify that the property has not already been re-listed with another agent.

Occasionally, sellers do re-list with other agents/agencies and do not always pass this information along to their original agent. Be sure to talk with your client and/or verify in RCO3® that the property is still eligible to be re-listed before doing so.
